My name is Bent and I´m looking for a manufacturer who can produce a custom version of a helmet inner liner-similar to the one shown in the picture I´ll send you.
The product should be universal and fit into different types of helmets. Ideally, it should be one-size-fits-all, but it could also come in Sizes XS-XL.
Now here´s what I want to improve:
Unlike regular helmet liners, the outer layer of this one should be made of silk. I will also send you a picture of the material that I want and also a picture of a bonnet that has this material. That is very important!
The liner should be attached to the helmet using velcro, so it can be easily removed and placed in any helmet.
