It is about the way in which we should lock the bars/rods at the same time, according to the picture below. Would you have a solution? The position of the bars will be changed in vertical direction, that's why I need a locking and unlocking system, so that the whole row can be locked and unlocked at the same time. The material and diameter of the bar can be your choice, it is only important that it withstands a pressure of 1T in the axial direction. Bars are 1m long. Tolerance of vertical position 1 mm. It seems to me that your locking system, if customized to my requirements, makes sense. What do you think?
I need 32 rows, as per the picture where one row with 16 lockers is shown. That is, 32X16=512 lockers, if we look individually by bar/rod. That's for the first phase. The distance between the bar/rod axis must be exactly 120 mm. The bar/rod does not have to be round.
