5.3 The proposed webcam must have the following minimum specifications:
5.3. 1 It has a resolution of at least 1080P (Full HD) at 30 fps.
5.3. 2 It has a field of view (FOV) of at least 78 degrees.
5.3. 3 It can use digital zoom, with a zoom of at least 1.2 times.
5.3. 4 It has an automatic focus system (Auto Focus).
5.3. 5 It has automatic light adjustment technology.
5.3. 6 It has a multi-purpose clip that can be used to attach to the screen and supports installation on the proposed tripod.
5.3. 7 It can be connected under the USB Type A standard and can be used immediately with a connection cable that is not less than 1.2 meters long.
5.3. 8 It can be used on the Windows 10 operating system or higher.
5.3. 9 It has a lens protection device that can be turned on and off to maintain privacy and prevent Possible hazards to the camera lens
5.3. 10 There must be at least one omnidirectional noise-canceling microphone installed in the camera.
5.3. 11 The proposed webcam must be manufactured from a factory that meets at least the following standards:
(1) ISO 14001
(2) ISO 9001
5.3. 12 The proposed webcam must meet the RoHS standard.
