We are looking to build a small biogas reactor (100 m3 capacity) based on High Load Reactor (HLR) or CSTR-Based Semi Dry Reactor to process napier grass to biogas. Unlike the general biogas reactors, this biogas reactor is intended to handle high solid 15-20%.

Our requirements:

1. Reactor design (see picture 1) in form of technical drawing that is ready to build/construct locally. No material supply, only engineering/technical drawing.

2. Supply a central mixer of paddle agitator (see picture 2).

We prefer the supplier to do all 2 requirements, but we also welcome supplier that can do reactor design only or paddle agitator supply only.
