1. Project Overview:
We are seeking a quotation for the supply and delivery of a Lamella Clarifier for a 2 Million Liters per Day (MLD) Sewage Treatment Plant (STP). The scope of supply must also include associated design, freight options, and commissioning supervision.

2. Technical Requirements:

Design and Engineering:

Detailed design drawing in AutoCAD format for the Lamella Clarifier.

Specifications must comply with the treatment capacity of 2 MLD.

Supply of Equipment:

One Lamella Clarifier suitable for the 2 MLD STP.

Materials and construction to be durable and suitable for sewage treatment applications.

Freight Options:

Please provide costs for both airfreight and sea freight delivery.

Delivery location: New Delhi Tughlakabad Dry Port, India.

Supervision:

Provision for technical supervision during erection, correction, and commissioning of the Lamella Clarifier.

Basic Requirements List:

A comprehensive list of basic requirements (e. G., power, inlet/outlet connections, operational accessories) needed for the Lamella Clarifier to function optimally.





3. Commercial Requirements:

Pricing:

Quote the total price inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties, and levies.

Breakup of costs for equipment, freight (air and sea separately), and supervision services.

Delivery Time:

Indicate the estimated manufacturing and delivery timeline for both freight options.

Payment Terms:

Clearly mention the payment terms and conditions.

Validity:

The quotation must be valid for a minimum of 60 days from the date of submission.
