It should have an opening of 940mm X 940mm. The load carrying capacity of the cover should be 4T.
Should be Leak proof and operated by two Gas Springs. Cover should be fabricated using Galvanized MS Chequered 12mm THK plate (IS2062 material) & reinforced from the bottom, weighing less than 150kgs. It should have a side mechanical device to lock in position once opened, for safety purposes.
