Good afternoon!
Our organization has a need for 2 types of heat exchange tubes:
1. Bimetallic finned heat exchange pipe. The material of the main pipe - AISI 316. Finning material - A6063 (Al Mg0, 7Si) or A6061. Finning method - extrusion. The main tube is 23X1, 5 mm. The length of the tube is 1025 mm. Fin spacing - 3, 5 mm; Rib thickness 0, 4-1 mm (varies by rib height); Fin height - 10, 5 mm. Indents from the edges of pipes without ribbing - 27 mm.
If you are ready to produce these pipes, we are ready to send you design documentation.
We are interested in a preliminary batch of 10 PCS of each type of pipe and a subsequent main batch of 100 PCS.
Can you please tell us if it is possible to produce fin bending according to our design documentation?
Fin bending should be approximately as on the photo attached to the letter.

1. Биметаллическая ребристая теплообменная труба. Материал основной трубы - AISI 316. Материал ребер - A6063 (Al Mg0,7Si) или A6061. Метод ребристости - экструзия. Основная труба имеет размеры 23x1,5 мм. Длина трубы - 1025 мм. Шаг ребер - 3,5 мм; толщина ребра 0,4-1 мм (варьируется в зависимости от высоты ребра); высота ребра - 10,5 мм. Отступы от краев труб без ребристости - 27 мм.
Если вы готовы производить эти трубы, мы готовы отправить вам конструкторскую документацию.
Мы заинтересованы в предварительной партии из 10 штук каждого типа труб и последующей основной партии из 100 штук.
