Kaolin lightly calcination rotary kiln plant to remove LOI capacity - 3TPH
Comprising -
1. Raw kaolin grinding 500 mesh (d-99.8) with silica separation combined drying, classifier bag filter and ID fan Capacity - 4.5 to 5 TPH (Hot air from exit gases of rotary kiln used for drying purpose. )
2. Rotary Kiln - 2 M dia X 30 meter long, capacity 3 TPH roasting at 1050 deg C, fuel is oil having calorific value 10000 Kcal/Kg
3. Rotary Cooler - 1.6 m dia X 18 meter long, capacity 3 TPH to cool calcined kaolin to 70 deg. C
4. Calcined kaolin grinding 500 mesh (d-99.8) with classifier bag filter and ID fan Capacity - 3 to 4 TPH
5. Packing unit - 25 kg spouted HDPE bag
Flow chart as developed is attached for your reference. (grinding mill is taken impact pulveriser which can be replaced by your grinding mill)
