1.1 Power, control and accessory modules for -48 VDC power plants shall consist of:
1.1. 1 Dual-purpose rectifier/converter modules. Modules that can operate with both DC and AC input are required, either simultaneously or in groups, but delivering a unified output of -48VDC nominal. Bids will be accepted with single-purpose modules (one group with DC input and one with AC input) and dual independent -48VDC outputs, where the AC-powered output would have the battery charging function. In both cases, they must be equipped with enough modules to deliver the required power (2400 W) in the event of the failure of one of the input power supplies (AC or DC) and a rectifier/converter module (N+1 redundancy). The bidder must clearly indicate in its offer how this condition is met
