We are looking for a complete biscuits on Edge Tray Loader that loads the rectangular biscuits on packing machine convoyer.
We already have the packing machine as in the attached photos and only we need biscuits on edge feeder to packing several pieces of biscuits in single row into one pack.
Please provide me with a technical quotation offer including all specs.
The size of the Biscuits being packaged are:
1-(Square 7X7 cm)
2-and rectangle (8X5 cm)
3-and (circular 5cm & 7cm)
Number pieces per package are 32-34 piece
Number of packages per minute is 38 package / minute maximum
Package total length:
Minimum 11cm up to maximum 23 cm
Four rows ( 4 rows) at the end of production line.
