1. Expectations and Objectives of the RFQ
Our primary objective is to select a supplier capable of:

Producing a prototype as quickly as possible, in accordance with our technical specifications.
Providing detailed price estimates for two types of products:
Standard model (without customization).
Customized model (with technical modifications and branding).
Ensuring the quality of the product through rigorous controls.
Offering clear and transparent terms of collaboration.
2. RFQ Content
2.1. Requested Products
Prototype:

Manufacture of a prototype based on our technical specifications.
Please specify:
The price for the prototype.
Whether the prototype costs can be reimbursed or deducted from future orders.
Manufacturing and delivery lead times.
Mass Production:

Standard model: Product based on your current specifications.
Customized model: Product modified according to our technical and visual specifications (logo addition and minor changes).
Please provide your quotations for the following quantities:
500 units
1, 000 units
2, 000 units
2.2. Delivery Times
Production lead time for each product type (standard and customized).
Applicable Incoterms: FOB, CIF, DDP (final delivery to Marseille, France).
2.3. Payment Terms
Proposed payment schedule:

30% deposit upon order confirmation.
70% after receipt and validation of the products.
2.4. Quality Control and Compliance
A quality control report must be provided with each order.
Please specify:

Your quality control procedures.
The tests conducted (e. G., pressure tests, durability, watertightness).
2.5. General Terms of Sale and Contract
Please send us your General Terms of Sale (GTS).
Do you have a standard contract template to formalize our collaboration?
2.6. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
We request that you sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect our technical specifications and designs. The NDA template is attached in the annex.

2.7. Packaging and Transport
Products must be packaged to ensure their safety during transport.
Please specify whether you offer customized packaging options and their costs.
We are considering whether to produce the packaging ourselves or delegate this task to you if possible.
