I want the molds hardness not less the 50 HRC ( certificate needs to be provided), also need it to be Nickel chrome plated. Please provide the power of the machinery, its capacity and capabilities and volume. I want to produce 20, 000 meter flat per month. Voltage will be between 220-240 with 50Hz Frequency. Handling, mixing, metering system and PLC control systems should be included. Certificate for all parts inspection report should be provided to make sure the material hardness is as requested.
