My customer wants to buy a blanket with these specifications in large quantities according to the following specifications. Please send your quotation
Specifications:
- Dark brown wool blanket, knitted from its four ends with brown thread, number 6/20__24
- Its dimensions are not less than 120*140 (+2cm or -2cm)
- Weight is not less than 1.9 kg
- Dye fastness to washing 4/5
- Fabric composition: 1/3 twill
- Warp thread is 100% cotton, English number 3/21-24, and not less than 10 threads per cm
- The thread of the blanket is a mixture of wool and acrylic, and the wool percentage is not less than 50% and not less than 12 threads per 1cm
- Tensile strength of the woven blanket
A- In the direction of the warp 45 kg/s as a minimum
B- In the direction of the blanket 50 kg/s minimum
- The fluffing is good and homogeneous and ensures the required tensile strength for the blanket in both directions
- The blanket does not contain any industrial or textile defects
- The thickness of the blanket should be homogeneous
- There should be no large excesses on the blanket resulting from manufacturing.
