Here is the list of items I want to purchase for a prototype robot.
If successful we will build 150 per year plus.
5 servo motors connected to a in-line gearbox with output of 25 Nm at 5 RPM from the gearbox 50: 1. As small as possible.
1 servo motor connected to either on line or 90 degree gearbox, with output of 50 Nm at 1 rpm
All motors with break and encoder. Standard mountings and shafts.
Driver for each motor
1 controller for all motors with ethernet card added
6 additional encoders as small as possible. Doesn't have to be high resolution as this is not an accurate requirement.
The controller must have a LEARN MODE, when I drive manually the robot, and the controller records the motions and saves it to be able to repeat this motion.
If I forgot anything that the system needs please add it and advise.
