We are currently working on a residential mixed-use property located in California and would like to request a quote for a prefabricated metal spiral staircase. Kindly see the requirements below for your reference.
Requirements:
66" overall diameter, 375-degree turn (both clockwise and counterclockwise)
Height: 9'-8 3/4", Riser height: 9-1/2" max
Black steel balustrade, 36" tall, with handrail on the outer side
Tread and landing: Oak wood, 1-1/2" thick
Design load to comply with NAAMM AMP 510. Live load: 100 lb/sq FT, concentrated live load: Minimum 300 lb
