We are looking for the following items;

We mainly avoid SPOT orders and mainly deal with annual orders.
For example
CIF., BUSAN, KOREA 3000 TONS*13 MONTHS
PAYMENT; DLC AT DESTINATION PORT
Target price; $3,500 BUT NEGOTIABLE.-
There must be no limit to the COMISSION request of BUYER MANDATE.
Please submit us the SCO/ CIF., PROCEDURE, COMPONENT ANALYSIS TABLE/SOME PHOTOS/VIDEO FILE.

To prevent fraud in international trade we will do the business as following procedure;
An intermediary agreement.
We will proceed as follows.
1. BUYER'S AGENT send Buyer's LOI.
2. The SELLER'S AGENT send the SELLER'S soft offer/FCO.
3. If there is no problem with the above #1 and #2 between BUYER and SELLER, get NCNDA signatures from BUYER and SELLER.
4. Upon signing the NCNDA, the BUYER'S AGENT display the commission promised to IMFPA.
5. BUYER'S AGENT agent send the first ICPO showing only the parties as "TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN" (Seller's profile is not shown).
6. SELLER'S AGENT send us the IMFPA notarized and verified by the bank in accordance with the first ICPO. However, there should be no objection to the other party's commission.
7. BUYER'S AGENT send a second ICPO showing Buyer's detailed profile to verify his commission and complete the contract between Buyer and Seller.
