I am Dudley, founder of Offenzor Bikes, a gravel bike brand based in Spain. I am developing a new singlespeed bicycle model and seeking a manufacturer who can produce a custom integrated GPS tracking module for aluminium bicycle frames.

I am only looking for the hardware and software_the connectivity/network solution will be handled separately via a white-label platform.

Material: Polymer casing, IP67+ waterproof and dustproof
Tamper Protection: Anti-theft design, secured to prevent unauthorized removal

GPS Tracking Capabilities:
GNSS Positioning: GPS, GLONASS, Galileo for accurate tracking
Motion Sensor: Built-in accelerometer for theft detection and movement tracking
Geo-fencing Support: Must allow setting up movement alerts and zones

Data Storage: Internal memory to store GPS history when offline
Power & Charging:
Battery: Rechargeable lithium battery
Battery Life: 2-3 months per charge, depending on usage
Charging Port: USB-C (charging port will be integrated into the bicycle stem)

Power Management: Low-power mode when idle for energy efficiency
Software & APP Compatibility:
Firmware & Software Only (No network required)
Must be able to send location data to an external API
OTA (Over-the-Air) firmware updates
Android & iOS APP Support: Basic APP for local Bluetooth connection
