Cosmos Tapes is a converter of Speciality tapes and technical foams. For slicing of EPDM foam rolls on an automatic slicer, I have been advised to use Tungsten Carbide circular blade. The outer diameter required is 350mm and inner diameter required is 25mm. The thickness could be around 2.5 to 3mm. Please suggest if you can provide a circular blade for our application of cutting of Self Adhesive EPDM foams.
I also need to know what will be the life of the blade and whether it can be sharpened once the edges get blunt.
