Objective initial: Samles for validation

I would like to order sizes of each of the following products to assess their quality before placing a wide order:
-Yoga/Pilates mat
-Pilates ring
-Elastic Bands
-Pilates sstocks
-Pilates roller
-Ball
-Weighted wiristbands
-Pilates Cafè with plastics
-Pilates block
-Pilates Reformer

If required, I can experience photos for each product.
Future orders: Planned quantitis
After the quality of the samples has been validated, I plan to place regular orders for quantities of between 50 and 200 units per product. These volumes may increase depending on demand.

Product selection criteria:

Mandatory CE certification: All products must complete with European standards and be CE certified.
Quality equipment: The products must be sustainable, safe and comfortable for Pilates practice.
Meticulous finish: No visible defects, specifically for mats, plastics and textile accessories.
Design: Minimalist and aesthetic pleasure, in line with the expectations of customers in my target market.

Special requirements:

I prefer sourcing agents capable of managing all these products from reliable supplers, to simplify the logistics process and negotiations.
If possible, I would like customization options on the products and/or their packaging in the medium term (after the first orders).

Logistics and commercial requirements:

Preferred commercial terms: DDP to simplify logistics.
Delivery time for samples: 1 to 3 week maximum.
Rental of factories: I am open to supplers in different countries, but I prether short delivery times to Europe.

I am a small business registered in France, curently under the basic VAT exemption scheme. Because of my status, I do not yet have a VAT number to provide. However, I am able to handle serious and professional orders.
