Please be informed that one of the customer is interested in procuring the above-mentioned subject items for the " Dhaka Metro Rail CP-06 " underground project and we are enclosing herewith the attached files of BOQ, specification, and equipment schedule.
We would request you to please send us an offer on an urgent basis for the supply of HVAC equipment inclusive of our 10% sales commission on FOB value and confirm by separate letter.
You are requested to submit the offer along with the following:
1. Supply of spares after commissioning for 2 years.
2. Contract spares and special tools for two years after the maintenance Period.
3. Provide compliance to specification, duly signed & stamped.
Note: The preferred country of origin is not listed in the tender.
