- HACCP or FDA-compliant Food Safety Plan
- Must include a description and critical limits for all Critical Control Points. Must provide food safety plan description
Including CCP, implementation date, and re-analysis date.
- Allergen statements

For non-food contact products:
- Company address and address of the manufacturer of Plantible purchased product
- Sales, Regulator, and 24hr emergency contact information
- Food safe declaration with either GRAS number, FCC, NSF, or other documentation
- General specifications
- Allergen statement
- FDA registration number, or other relevant identifier
