We are developing a prototype for a Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) vehicle dispenser. Our system operates with an inlet CNG pressure ranging from 2900 psi to 3500 psi (approx. 200-250 bar).

If our prototype is successful and approved, we plan to manufacture an initial batch of 250 dispenser units.

Therefore, we are currently looking for suppliers for components. We would like to request a quotation for:

Pricing for sample quantities needed to build our initial prototype.
Bulk pricing for supplying these components for our planned production of 250 dispensers.

The components should have 1/2" NPT Female connections. Piping will be 1/2" NPS.

Breakaway Valve (Quantity for Prototype: 2)

Function: Safety device for drive-off incidents, seals both hose ends.
Service: High-Pressure CNG.
Working Pressure: Preferably 5000 psi (345 bar).
Material: Stainless Steel or High-Strength Treated Aluminum, CNG compatible seals.
Temperature Range: -40°C to +85°C.
Connections: Inlet compatible with Short Hose outlet, Outlet compatible with Long Hose inlet. Specify connection types.
Standards Compliance: ANSI/IAS NGV 4.4 / CSA 12.54 or equivalent.
Certification: Often required by safety standards.
