1- It should be lead free.
2- Flux should be minimal less than 1% (Composition of flux should be known).
3- Diameter should be 0.8mm.
4- It should be REACH and RoHS compliant and should be compliant with SVHC.

Moreover recommend for cleaning product to remove flux residue from soldered area. Is there any chemical, which remove flux from surface and also do not cause any other issues like corrosion, etching etc.
