Bastions (Hesco or approved equal)

Supply and install 2 layers of single-line sand-filled bastions (Hesco or approved equal): The first layer shall be W L 152, W 152 X H 221 cm, 2ND layer L 106 X W 106 X H 142 cm, total height 360 cm. Includes 5mm welded galvanized mesh cage coated to ASTM 856 in conformance with BS EN 10218-2: 2012, lined with 2mm nonwoven, permeable, geotextile fabric, zinc-aluminum coating to BS EN 10244-2: 2009. Include supply and manual compaction of fine sand fill material 2-4 composed of grains ranging from 0.10 to 15 mm in diameter. Each bastion shall be filled in layers of 150mm from the bottom to the top. Bastions shall be sprayed with a simple mixture of cement slurry and water with 1: 1 cement-water ratio to ensure a protective coating.
