I'm looking for someone who can make a surfboard cover that I've designed. It needs to be made from waterproof fabric (lightweight and waterproof like the material used to protect bicycles or cars from getting wet). I would like to have a sample made first, and from there, produce the four sizes I'm interested in, each available in four colors.

I've attached images with all the information. The piece is made up of five parts: One base, two ends, two side panels, and a hidden elastic seam that goes all the way around. You can clearly see this in the images. A label with the brand name and size would also be included.
