I'm looking for a ripening room supplier to build and ripen 100MT of Malaysian dates.
Details are as follows:

We will put 500kg of dates in 1 pallet mesh of size 1m(w) X 1.2m(l) X 1m(h). So 2 pallet mesh stacked together like the picture will be 1MT. The combined 2 pallet mesh's size is 1m(w) X 1.2m(l) X 2m(h). We call these 2 pallet mesh stacked together as 1 "pallet stack" for easier reference. So for 100MT, we require 100 "pallet stack". The volume for this is 100 X 1m X 1.2X X 2m = 240m3 (cubic metre)

Capacity: Able to ripen up to 100 tons of dates (100 "pallet stack", 240m3)
Number of rooms: At least 5
Temperature: 25C to 38C (Malaysia climate is 25 to 33C)
Humidity: 90-95%
Ethylene ppm: 2, 000 ppm
Ethylene gas system: Ethanol
Monitoring and control system: Able to view and control from Internet.
Even air-circulation is important. We want all areas in the room to have even air circulation.

Other features and info:
1) Low energy usage - Please list your total energy usage and usage per room.
2) Forklift is able to enter the room.
3) Each room must have a 1000L dehumidifier. This is to remove water during rainy season in Malaysia. Fruits are harvested during the rain and will be wet.
4) We may need a pre-treatment of 60C to kill insects when the fruits are first put into the room. If there are no insects, no pre-treatment is needed.
5) We are ok with any number of rooms. Smaller rooms are easier to heat up but may require more machinery. So please find a balance between cost and efficiency. At least 5 rooms is needed.
6) Looks like we may not need coolers since most of the temperature is warm.
7) Due to lack of space, we prefer 2 level like in the picture.
