Because of high tariff to USA market, we have to find a China plywood manufacturer who has branch factory outside of China, in South-eastern Asia or in South America to quote below project.
4'x8' real birch plywood with 1 side laminated with black 185G/M2 phenolic film for below 2 thicknesses. The other side is blank, leave as it is. This plywood must use WBP glue.
1. 8mm --- thickness range is 7.7mm~8.3mm. Out of this range will be rejected. How many plies for this? 5?
2. 11mm --- thickness range is 10.7mm ~ 11.3mm. Out of this range will be rejected. How many plies for this? 7?
We need factory to use skid in attached drawing for easy handle in North America.
