We are developing a high-performance marathon racing shoe using supercritical foamed Pebax® material.
We are looking for a supplier capable of:
- Supercritical CO2 or N2 foaming of Pebax (target density. 12-. 13 g/cm^3)
- Shore D 25 - 35 foam hardness (comparable to Nike ZoomX)
- Ability to mold full midsoles (heel height 39.4mm / forefoot 32.4mm)
- cavity for full-length carbon plate
We are interested in a few prototypes before a 2, 000 unit production run upon finalization.
