ACMOS 118-63 is a release agent for making cores and molds from all cold hardening compounds such as Cold Box Process, CO2 Process, Betaset Process, Redset Process, etc.

This composition has long and very well established itself in practice all over the world.

Even under very unfavorable process conditions, high-quality multiple separations are possible.

For customers requiring small quantities, ACMOS 118-63 can be supplied in aerosol cans under the designation ACMOS 118-2463.

Application:

ACMOS 118-63 should be used undiluted. Before application, the equipment must be cleaned of dirt and traces of previously used coatings. The release agent must be applied in a thin and even layer using a spray gun, manual spray gun or automatic spray systems. Avoid leaks.

Skillful application of the composition after a single application, as a rule, allows a lot of discharge.
