Product DescriptionBuyer Business Info.
We are looking for a pelletizing system for our new (under construction) polystyrene (GPPS grade) production plant.
Our capacity is 3 to 3.5 tons/hour.
We have a polymerization reactor and there is a melt gear pump after that to pump the PS melt to the screen changer, die head, and other parts of the pelletizing system.
So we need a double piston screen changer, die head, and other equipment for pelletizing.
Also, besides A Line with 3 tons/hour capacity, we can consider having 2 parallel lines. So I want you to send the price list for these two options:
We have two options in our plant:
1- we want to have two parallel lines. Each has 2 tons per hour capacity. Each line contains a screen changer, die head, cooling bath, dryer, pelletizer, and classifier. If you think there is a need for a second melt pump, please put it in quotation.
In this situation, we need these items:
* double-piston screen changer with 2 tons/hour capacity
* die head holes with 3-3.5 mm diameter (the speed of strands for each line will be about 1.5 m/s to reach 2 tons/hour capacity)
* cooling bath
* cutter (pelletizer) with 2 tons/hour capacity
* classifier.
* extra melt pump if you think is needed.
2-the second option is to have a single line with 3 tons/hour capacity with all like option 1
For the type of pelletizer, we can accept water strand and underwater strand pelletizer systems. Also if you have experience in pelletizing virgin GPPS, we are ready to hear your offers.
Many thanks and best regards
