I am looking for rigid and extendable rods that are lightweight and approximately 4cm cm in diameter when collapse. Also when collapsed, they should measure around 10 cm long, and when extended, they should be about 25 cm. The rods should be resistant but NOT flexible, and made of a material similar to that used in selfie sticks (usually aluminum). The rods need to have a groove along their length, where I will insert something else, and it will fits into the groove when the rods are extended. Aslo the part of the rods that does not extend should feature a rectangular rubber grip or something like that
