Must have existing regulatory approval/ clinical data for collection of nasal viral samples
Can be supplied sterile or non sterile but suitable for gamma sterilisation
Bud size 3-4mm diameter bud length 15-16mm flocked construction nylon, polyester or similar
Handle/shaft diameter 2-2.5mm
Handle length 3" or greater
Handle material polypropylene or similar - colour is not critical
Packaging - individual paper-poly, would consider bulk packed for non sterile
Immediate requirement for samples for testing for suitability ~200 availability ASAP ship by air freight
Short term will require ~20K swabs in November for development - shipped by air
Long term interested in a custom swab handle being fitted at point of manufacture.
