I am reaching out on behalf of Silvercraft Products Ltd. Based in Malta. We are currently developing a solid-cast polyester resin formulation with a high filler content (~70% ATH) and are seeking suitable mixing and processing equipment to ensure homogeneous dispersion and consistent product quality. Material will be catalyzed separately and poured into a rubber mould.
Project Details:
Resin Type: Unsaturated polyester resin
Filler Content: Approximately 70% ATH (Aluminum Trihydrate)
Pigmentation: Incorporation of UV-stable pigment pastes
Additives: Inclusion of fumed silica for thixotropy
Application: Production of outdoor grating components
