Echnical Documentation and Authorization Requirements

With your offer, you must provide the manufacturer's technical documentation or an excerpt from the technical documentation that clearly and unambiguously confirms that the offered goods fully comply with the required specifications. The documentation must include the manufacturer's name, type, model, order number, and other required characteristics.

Bidders are required to submit a written authorization (certification) from the manufacturer or an authorized distributor (authorized representative) of the manufacturer whose goods are being offered. This authorization must state that the bidder is authorized to offer the goods in this public procurement procedure and that they are capable of supplying them. In the case of an authorization issued by an authorized distributor (authorized representative) of the manufacturer, it is also necessary to provide an authorization issued by the manufacturer of the goods stating that the issuer of the aforementioned authorization is an authorized distributor (authorized representative) of the manufacturer and that they are authorized by the manufacturer to issue such an authorization on behalf of the manufacturer. This should confirm that the third-party company (the bidder) is authorized to offer the manufacturer's goods and is capable of supplying them.
