Plates of monocrystalline silicon of p-type conductivity doped with aluminum.

Plate diameter 76 mm, resistivity 1ohm*cm, 10 ohms*cm, 20 ohms*cm, crystallographic orientation (111)
Thickness - there is no clear understanding now, so any one will do - starting from 200 microns and ending with 700 microns. We can work with such plates.
These are the initial structures for the manufacture of semiconductor devices. We are currently ordering monocrystalline silicon with the following requirements:
- the carbon content is not more than 5*10^16 cm^-3
- the content of metal impurities (in this case, with the exception of aluminum) is not more than 1 * 10 ^15 cm^-3
- the front side is polished, the reverse is sanded and etched
- dislocation density is not more than 1*10^2 cm^-1
- the density of packaging defects is not more than 1*10^2 cm^-1
