We are looking for a Chinese OEM manufacturer who can design and deliver a custom PSA/TSA drying skid. Capacity is 210 Nm3/h of hydrogen gas, max pressure 13 bar(g) (design pressure of skid 16 bar(g)). Target H2O concentration is 5 ppm (fuel grade hydrogen). Regeneration gas from the 11-13 bar(g) can be recycled into our compressor which takes atmospheric hydrogen as input gas. Control should preferably by our own PLC using raw sensor+actuator signals. The adsorption vessels need to pass the Europena PED (Pressure Equipment Directive) required tests. Manufacturer should have proven experience in this matter.
The prototype is used to run elaborate testing under various conditions. From this adjustments will most certialny arise. Once fully qualified we go into negotiations for series production. Foreseen initial quantities will be 1-10 (2025) and rising to 100+ starting 2026-2027.
