Hello,
We need progressive cavity (Moineau) pump for 3D printing ceramic clay.
Clay is like toothpaste.
Nozzle hole size: 1.0 mm to 2.5 mm.
We need to make small dots and continuous lines.
Required Pump Specs:
Flow Rate: Need good control from 0.5 ml/min to 15 ml/min (or 0.03 L/hr to 0.9 L/hr).
Pressure: Must handle up to 10 bar (145 PSI). Maybe 15 bar maximum sometimes.
Stator Material: Good for ceramic clay (abrasive resistant).
Pump Size/Weight: Need physical dimensions and weight for mounting.
No temperature requirement
