We require various sizes of LP gas heating units to heat glycerol to 180-200 Deg Celsius.
Gas heater capacity 160 kw/hr, fluid flow approx 32 litres/min, temperature diff about 100 Deg C.
This will be a prototype and once we build our first unit and test we need to buy in bulk and then we need larger sizes.

We need energy efficient gas input control as we don't want to waste fuel and prevent short cycling if this can be done.

This is part of a prototype water treatment plant that has been patented and we wish to manufacture in bulk so we wish to enter into a long term relationship with the successful supplier.
