Shaking Table
The scope of supply includes the following major parts/components and all other connected accessories,
Single deck wet Shaking concentrator table ( Left-Handed or Right-handed as per User's choice ) complete with wooden rubber lined deck, riffles, feed box, wash water distributor, adequate structural steel under structure, tilting mechanism, head motion/vibrator with adjustable stroke length, drive motor, starters, guards, foundations etc.
Feed Capacity : Min 1 TPH / Machine
Area of use: For enriching Zircon content in a wet slurry feed of appx 25-30 % w/w pulp density having following composition
Feed composition (indicative) in percentage

The purpose of tabling is to improve the purity of Zircon concentrate to 90% minimum of Zircon. The table will be suitable to take out three products i. e., concentrate, middling and tailings.
Recovery : Minimum 90% of Zircon in concentrate.
Output quality : Lights ( Sillimanite + Quartz + Others ): < 3 % in concentrate fraction
Deck:
A) The deck will be made of low weight material like high quality timber, marine grade plywood.
B) It will be given rubber/polyurethane lining of min 5mm thickness for maximum durability, smooth fibreglass moulded cover with suitable riffles for improved metallurgical performance.
C) Size of deck : The size of the single deck wet concentrating table: 6 feet X 16 feet ( approx. ),
Deck area : Around 7.5 sq. M +/- 0.5 sq. M.
D) The table deck will be supported on suitable carriers and vibrate diagonally along the entire length.
Feed Box:
A) Even solids distribution onto the deck from the feed box.
B) Feed box suitably lined with PU/Rubber or suitable abrasive resistant material
