I have a customer who wishes to produce a 20 mm aerosol product which contains 100% DME (CAS: 115-10-6 / Dimethyl ether). To date, they have tested gaskets of neoprene, buna and butyl. All materials allow too much leakage and have been deemed unacceptable for a commercial product.
Do you offer a 20 mm aerosol valve with an inner and outer gasket which is resistant to DME? Perhaps Viton or similar material?
