Specification:

Base Cloth.
(a) The base cloth shall be made from Nylon 6 or better material, which is lightweight, durable and breathable material.
(b) The material shall comply with the requirements in Annex B.

Strap. The dimension and material shall follow as below:
(a) Length 2400 mm ± 100 mm.
(b) Width 25 mm ± 5 mm.
(c) It shall be made from polypropylene or better.


Handle. The dimension and material shall follow as below:
(a) Length 380 mm ± 10 mm.
(b) Width 25 mm ± 5 mm.
(c) It shall be made from polypropylene or better.
(d) It shall have six (6) handles which three handles per side.

Draw Bag. The dimension and material shall follow as below:
(a) Length 270 mm ± 5 mm.
(b) Width 190 mm ± 5 mm.
(c) It shall be made from Nylon 6 or better.
(d) It shall fix with the base cloth.

Sewing Thread.
(a) Polyester or better material sewing thread shall be used for stitching with a minimum breaking load of 30 N.
(b) The colour of the sewing thread shall match the colour of the base cloth.


Quality of Finishing. The product shall be in high quality workmanship and finishing. No raw edges of fabric or free ends of thread shall be visible on the product.

Weight. The overall weight shall be not more than 600 g.

Strength. It shall withstand 200 kg load weight.
