I am looking to buy single screw round cord/wire making machine.
The cord is used in luggage/bag frame lining.
EXTRUISON LINE CONFIGURATION
Application: The extrusion line mainly used for making soft PVC/PE round cord.
Applicable material: PVC/LDPE granule
Soft PE/PVC Round Cord Size: 1.5mm Diameter to 4.0 mm diameter
Output capacity: 6-10 Kg /hr
Hopper Capacity: 15 - 25Kg
Cooling: Stainless Steel/UPVC/ with Water trough underbed
Haul-Off Unit: With PU Rubber and diameter measurement (Haul-Off Speed will vary based on Diameter measurement setting)
Rolling/Packing Unit: Separate rolling unit to make 100mtr length roll
