Introduction
Bulletproof vest with NIJ Level III+ protection.
1. Ballistic Plate Carrier
1. Made of heavy-duty materials such as Cordura Nylon with a weave density of at least DEN 500 or higher, with reinforced sewing.
2. Available in black, khaki, and non-reflective green; Colors and sizes are determined upon contract agreement.
3. Equipped with a MOLLE platform for attaching equipment at the front, back, and sides.
4. Water and fungus-resistant, compliant with military specifications MIL 850 G.
5. Sturdy rear handle for emergency evacuation.
6. Allows smooth use of operational gear without hindrance (waist gear belt, weapon sling).
7. Front and back pockets for ballistic plates (30.5 cm X 25.5 cm), Shooter's Cut/SAPI Cut, with reinforced stitching and top opening. The pocket placement must ensure vital organ protection (heart, major blood vessels, lungs, thoracic cavity, diaphragm).
8. Side pockets for cummerbund soft plates, carrying ballistic side plates with reinforced double stitching, ensuring organ protection.
9. Inner antibacterial lining, including shoulder straps, aiding user ventilation.
10. Front and back Velcro with reflective "POLICE" inscription.

2. Hard Ballistic Plates (Front & Back)
1. Stand-alone plates achieving NIJ Level III+ protection, capable of multi-hit resistance.
2. Front plates designed in Swimmer's Cut/Shooter's Cut; Back plates in SAPI Cut, ensuring unrestricted movement.
3. Manufactured from AR500/AR1000 steel.
4. Designed to match body curvature (chest & back).
5. Each plate must not exceed 3 kg; Lighter weight preferred without compromising protection level.
6. Includes spall liner to prevent fragmentation.
7. Minimum dimensions: 30.5 cm X 25.5 cm, larger sizes preferred.
8. Minimum lifespan: 10 years, longer lifespan preferred.
3. Side Ballistic Protection
1. Soft panels achieving NIJ Level IIIA, capable of multi-hit resistance.
2. Protects against handgun ammunition per NIJ 0101.06 standard and against sharp/stab threats per NIJ 0115.00 standard.
3. Made from Dyneema or Aramid Fiber or equivalent.
4. Fiber density of at least 1.25.
5. Thickness does not exceed 15mm.
6. Covered with waterproof protective casing.
7. Minimum dimensions meet international standards.
8. Minimum lifespan: 5 years, longer preferred.
General Conditions
1. Year of supply must match the year of manufacture. Basic information must be labeled on the carrier and both soft and hard plates (manufacturer name, protection level, size, production & expiry date, country of origin).
2. Supplier must provide certification for material composition, manufacturing quality, and warranty duration.
3. Certification of the protective covering lifespan for front & back hard plates must be provided.
4. Certification of stab protection level for soft side panels must be provided.
5. Sizes and colors are determined per contract ratios.
6. Packaging and shipping must follow international safety regulations to ensure protection during transport.
7. Each vest should preferably be delivered in a fabric bag with a hanger.
8. Two sample units of each size must be provided for evaluation before contracting. After contracting, additional samples from the supplied batch must be provided for testing and compliance verification.
9. Supplier must submit a product catalog from the manufacturer in English, accompanied by a certified Arabic translation, and a CD demonstrating components, usage, and maintenance.
