We are enhancing our rebar production capabilities and seek to procure a Complete steel hot rolling line/ mill for producing ribbed rebar A3, ranging from 8 to 32 mm in size.

We need the following main equipment for this rebar hot rolling line: Preheating Furnace, Furnace Rolls, Roughing Mill, Roughing Mill Rolls, Crop Shear, Stands, Length Shear, Cooling Beds, Billet Charging system, Charging Pusher, and Ejector.

Specifications for our development plant are as follows:
Plant Land area (Available): 245 meters in length and 44 meters in width
Input (Available): The input product for our furnace/production line will be billets measuring 6 meters in length and having dimensions of 15 cm X 15 cm X 600 cm.
Output product: Our desired output product is Ribbed rebar A3, ranging from sizes 8 to 32 mm.
Output/ Production Capacity: We are aiming for an annual production capacity of 500, 000 tons.
Furnace: We require One furnace with dimensions of approximately 40 meters in length and 6 meters in width.
Number of stands: 12
Fuel: We will be using natural gas as fuel.
