Plastic columns for industrial water treatment that will be used as a unit for foam fractionation. Air will be injected through a aeration system at the bottom of the column and foam will exit through the top of the column. Water inlet is situated at the top of the column jsut below the surface of the water (where foam is formed at the surface of course) and water outlet is situated at the bottom of the column jsut below where hte air is injected. The exact siez will depend on the prce and other operating paramters later on before manufacturing. Cosnider taht each column will have a idiamter of 30 - 50 (for testing), water height of 1.5 - 2 m and column heigh logically a litte bit more. IF the column can be made of different sections (like 30 - 50 cm in heigh each) which can be isnlateed together; It would be great. The material should be something PP or HDPE or something even better but standrad.
