We are interested in importing aluminum ingots originating from your country, classified under the HS code number 7601100000.

Our requirement stipulates that the aluminum ingots meet or exceed the A7 purity standard, with a minimum purity level of 99.7%.

Initially, we would like to commence with a trial order of one container, amounting to 20 tons, followed by subsequent orders of 300 tons for the second shipment, and eventually scaling up to 500 tons (equivalent to 1, 000 tons monthly) starting from the third shipment onwards.

Payment terms entail utilizing a Letter of Credit (LC) method. Upon the arrival of the shipment in Korea and subsequent inspection, we kindly request that you provide the inspection confirmation alongside the LC documentation for payment processing.

The reason for importing less at first is to check and facilitate an understanding of customs clearance procedures, transit duration, associated expenses, inspection protocols, and other pertinent considerations.

Kindly furnish us with a quotation for the CIF price, reflecting the total cost of delivery to Incheon Port in Korea. It's imperative to note that our LC terms are non-transferable, and the origin of the goods holds no significance to us.
