We are creating a game for kids so we are looking for a long terme business supplier of PVC film.

IMPORTANT:
I need PVC film that will pass the US CPSIA, CPSC and California Proposition 65 Tests for kids safety. (Phthalate free, heavy metal free, etc)

PVC FILM SPECS:
1- 0.2 mm thick
2- White color
3- Best finish for printing (Please suggest a finish that is the best for the printing to stick and dont wear off)
4- Soft (If folded for long time need to recover his shape if laying flat. Folding line disapear if lay flat)
5- Temperature cold resistance
6- Passing CPSIA, CPSC and CA Proposition 65 tests (Phthalate free, Heavy metal free, leads free, etc)
7- Dimention of the roll is not determine yet.

I need a supplier that will be able to provide the same PVC film property on each order to keep the product concistent.
