Without inside and outside weld bead / Black varnish at outside and 1 meter at inside / Plain (square) End Packing with a double plastic cover to protect from the dust and humidity / SGS certificate required for minimum 10% of the total qty. (Dimension Chemical and visual inspection)
Welding should be straight
Spiral Welding is not acceptable
All the pipes must be marked the following information: Manufacturer Name, Heat No., and Pipe Grade
Mill test certificate required
Inspection Tests (Hydro test & Ultrasonic Testing)
Packing with end caps and woven bag
