We are currently seeking a Filling and Sealing System for our flan business located in Coral Springs, Florida, USA.
A few months ago, we received a quotation from an American company for a system with two cavities. However, we would now like to proceed with a system that has four cavities.

Below are the specifications based on the two-cavity model, but we are requesting an updated version with four cavities:

Cavities: 2 (requesting upgrade to 4 cavities)
Cup Size: Dia. 75 X 47/90Hmm

Capacity: Max. 1800 cups per hour, 30 cups per minute
Control System: PLC with 7" HMI
Body: Delta SS machine body
Mold & Parts: A/L mold set with sealing and discharging

Standard Features:

Safety cover on the top side of carrier mold before sealing (10mm Acrylic board)
Easy-tear tab on the bottom left side

Optional Features (from the original quote):

1. Cup denester for ET-22S2 (2 cavities)
2. Piston filler for ET-2252:
30-liter tank for normal temperature filling
Disassemble-able 3-way ball valve for cleaning
Volume: 10-300cc
2 sets of nozzles for 2 cavities (requesting adjustment for 4 cavities)
Float level sensor
Date printer for ET-22S2

We have attached the machine plan previously provided for the two-cavity system for your reference and also a picture of the kind of machine we are looking for.
