I am seeking electric motorcycle choppers, such as MH3, CP 4, M1PS and covered electric heel wheel motorcycles. I am in California and the bikes must have an EPA Emissions Sticker, even though it is electric. California law had a $5000 fine for importing and selling electric motorcycles without the sticker. The manufacturer that had an EPA Emissions sticker will receive a flood of orders! An exemption letter, a certificate of conformity, is much easier. I am trying to secure a copy but they are difficult to get.
